Makes these to add onto fish tacos, sandwiches, salads, eggs and more!
Kohlrabi slaw if definitely one of our groups favorite ways to use kohlrabi! Mix with carrots or even add in some napa cabbage if you still have some!
Did you see my post in the Facebook group about my favorite cold corn salad? This one is pretty similar. You could also add some finely chopped kale! Don’t even bother cooking the corn!
